MILWAUKEE — It’s one of those movies that you stop to watch every time it’s on, no matter how many times you have seen it.

“Can I refill your eggnog for you? Get you something to eat? Drive you out to the middle of nowhere and leave you for dead?”

“Lotta sap in here! Mmmm... Looks great! Little full, lotta sap.”

Of course, we are talking about “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation,” which will celebrate its 30th anniversary later this year.

The Riverside Theater is showing possibly the greatest holiday movie of all time at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 27.

Chevy Chase, who portrayed Clark Griswold, will share stories about his career and his classic movies after the screening.

A limited number of VIP tickets are available that include a post-show photo with Chase and the best seats in the house.

A presale starts Wednesday (Oct. 10) at noon with the code CHEVY. Ticket prices start at $49.50, according to Riverside. Tickets go on sale at noon Friday (Oct. 18).

Tickets may be purchased in person at Pabst Theater, Riverside and Turner Hall Ballroom box offices, online at www.pabsttheater.org or Etix.com, or by phone at 414-286-3663.
