Police say a man may have been drinking before plowing his car into a Greenfield home early Thursday morning.
It happened near 92nd and Plainfield.
Police say the 27-year-old driver jumped a curb and plowed into the side of the house.
Three poeple, including two children, were inside the home at the time of the crash, but none of the occupants were injured.
"I thought my house blew up. It literally shook our whole house. Our neighbors heard it, and it shook the pictures off that neighbor's and that neighbor's house, off the walls, it was crazy," homeowner Joel Hoecherl said.
Police believe the driver was drinking before the crash. He was hospitalized and will be taken into custody once he's released.
