Café Hollander is opening its fifth restaurant on Tuesday.

The new location is in Brookfield and it's the farthest west the owners have opened in southeast Wisconsin.

It has been crunch time to get 200 new employees ready before opening day.
Along with your favorites, Dan Herwig, who is the director of brand and marketing for The Lowlands Group, showed us some new items on the menu.

"We have our liège waffle. It's actually dough-based waffle that raises like a dough. It's dense and rich and has pearl sugar which makes it real sweet," said Dan Herwig.

On warm days, the windows open all of the way in the restaurant at The Corners of Brookfield, where the new Von Maur is located.
