There are a few tickets left to Billy Joel's Friday night concert at Miller Park, but to avoid traffic troubles at the nearly sold out show, Milwaukee Brewers officials say plan ahead and arrive early.
This is the first weeknight concert at the park since the Ed Sheeran show in October of 2018 that had concert goers frustrated because of the traffic.
At the time, some of the people going to the concert told TODAY'S TMJ4 they missed most of the show while trying to get into the park. The Brewers had to issue an apology to frustrated fans.
The Brewers have a few tips for this show:
- Arrive early. Parking lots open at 4:30 p.m. Gates open at 6:00 p.m.
- Purchase parking passes in advance online here
- Take a shuttle
- Uber/Lyft
Billy Joel will take the stage at 8 p.m. This is his only Midwest concert this year, and his first at Miller Park.
