MILWAUKEE -- Bon-Ton has announced plans to shrink the size of the Boston Store at the Grand Avenue mall in downtown Milwaukee.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports the store go will go from 123,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet.
The extra space will be converted into Bon-Ton office space.The company has dual headquarters in York, Pennsylvania and Milwaukee.
The children's, home, and furniture departments will be eliminated at this location with the downsize.
The office and store renovations will begin in November. Both projects are expected to be completed in July.
