Milwaukee police respond to early-morning fatal shooting

MILWAUKEE -- At least one person was killed in an early-morning shooting in Milwaukee Tuesday.

The shooting happened just before 5 a.m. in the 2500 block of N. 41st St., according to Milwaukee Police calls for service records. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office was called to the scene, indicating a fatality.

There's no word yet from police on what may have caused the shooting, or if any suspects are in custody.
