GLENDALE — Applebee’s Grill & Bar by Bayshore Town Center is now closed.
According to our news partners at the Milwaukee Business Journal, the restaurant shut down on Sept. 28, citing a restaurant spokesperson.
The restaurant, located at 5664 N. Port Washington Road, has been around for 27 years. It's been outside the mall in a free-standing building since 2014, after previously being inside the Glendale mall.
The chain did not comment on what prompted the closure.
All employees were offered positions at other locations, the spokesperson said.
Other local Applebee’s restaurants include sites in Milwaukee, West Allis, Greendale, Oak Creek, New Berlin, Menomonee Falls, Pewaukee and Delafield, according to the restaurant’s website.
