**UPDATE: This incident has been cleared**
All southbound lanes on Interstate 41 are blocked, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
The interstate is blocked at WIS 100/Main Street near Menomonee Falls.
DOT is saying the delay is due to an "incident." They are estimating the closures will last two hours.
