GREEN BAY — Aaron Jones, Green Bay Packers running back, is teaming up with Cousin Subs to raise money for the A & A All the Way Foundation.

For every rushing yard Jones has during the Packers' game, a pair of Adidas shoes will be donated to a middle or elementary school child in the Green Bay area.

“We have done a shoe drive in my hometown of El Paso for years, and this campaign extends our efforts so that we can give hundreds of shoes to children in both El Paso and Green Bay,” said Aaron.

In Jones' hometown, the shoe drive will begin in February to give hundreds of shoes to school children.

For the Packers game against the Rams on Saturday, Jan. 16, the 'Yards for Shoes' campaign will be active and for the remainder of the post-season games.

“Aaron is a great football player and stand-up guy,” said Justin McCoy, vice president of marketing, Cousins Subs. “We respect and appreciate what he’s doing to help kids in our community. Deciding to support his efforts to donate shoes to underprivileged youth through this campaign was an easy one.”
