MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Police Department is working to determine the circumstances behind a hit and run that left a man with serious injuries.
Investigators say that a 69-year-old man was attempting to cross the street near S. 23rd Street and W. Greenfield Avenue about 6:45 p.m. Saturday when he was hit by a vehicle.
Paramedics transported the man to a local hospital for treatment. Authorities are still searching for the suspect.
