The 6-year-old boy killed in Waukesha by a truck Saturday has been identified as Logan Smith of Waukesha.
Logan was a student at Hillcrest Elementary School.
He died after a pickup truck struck him and his mother near the intersection of East Racine and Cheviot Chase.
He was riding his bike home after going to Dairy Queen.
The family states, “Our family has been humbled by the kindness, compassion and prayers we have received from the community. Our hearts have been touched by the outpouring of love from all of you. We ask that you continue to pray for our family during the days ahead.”
