MILWAUKEE — With so much to do at Polish Fest it can feel overwhelming at times.

Festivities happen all weekend and all day long. To help navigate a busy festival, Today's TMJ4 has highlighted five things you may want to check out this weekend.

Music Music Music

From piano competitions to Polish Polka, there are lots of ways to listen to music. The piano recitals take place from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday. The top finishers will win a cash prize. There's also five different music stages with various acts playing all weekend long. There's a cultural stage, a children's stage, and even a "Non-Stop Polka" stage.

Delicious Food

Make sure to come with an empty stomach. There are 30 different vendors with a wide array of offerings. Of course, there are plenty of sausage and pierogi options.

Cultural Market Place

There will be more than 40 vendors selling traditional Polish crafts, toys, pottery, and more.

Learn about your Polish roots

Genealogical experts from the Milwaukee County and Polish Genealogical Society of Chicago will be on hand to trace your family's roots. You may be more Polish than you thought.

Polish Folk Arts

Learn to craft like the polish. Artists will demonstrate how to make decorated eggs, floral head wreaths, and traditional paper cut design.
