A 33-year-old man was stabbed to death in West Allis Sunday morning, according to police.
West Allis Police and Fire responded to the scene in the 2000 block of S. 71st Street about 2 a.m. and attempted life-saving measures on the 33-year-old Onalaska man, but he unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
The stabbing was a result of a physical altercation between two groups of people. Police say it appears to be an isolated incident and there does not appear to be an ongoing threat to the public.
