MILWAUKEE — A 28-year-old woman who was shot to death inside her car Wednesday evening has been identified by the Milwaukee Police Department.
The victim is Brandie N. Toombs. MPD still is seeking suspects.
Police say the shooting happened about 6 p.m. near West Medford Avenue and 77th Street.
Surveillance video at Hart Auto shows footage of what witnesses say might be the suspects.
"They went around the corner and were hiding behind that wooden fence right there we could see them the whole time on camera," a service manager at Hart Auto said.
The circumstances behind the shooting are still under investigation.
