The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office reported 28 total car accidents on roads in the county Wednesday after a winter storm dumped about three inches on the area.
The sheriff said 14 of the incidents were cars stuck in ditches, seven of which were on the interstate. The other 14 were collisions.
One person was injured in one of those 14 crashes. Six of the collisions occurred on the interstate.
A Winter Weather Advisory was issued for the area, and the county was out trying to keep pace with the falling snow for most of the day.
