The Oak Creek Police Department has identified the victim who died at an Amazon construction site as a 24-year-old man.
Zachary Dassow of Kansasville, Wis. died Wednesday after driving a 4-wheel ATV out of an open window area.
Officials estimate that Dassow fell a total of 30 to 40 feet.
He was taken to Froedtert where he was later pronounced dead.
This is still an active investigation.
