Bilingual voting rights hotline available on election day by MALDEF and Forward Latino

The Mexican American Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF) Midwest Regional Office and Forward Latino, Inc, have partnered up to offer a bilingual Voter Rights Information Hotline in Wisconsin and Illinois on Election Day.

“We are proud to partner with MALDEF to provide this vital service to our Latino community," said National President of Forward Latino Darryl Morin. "From reports of voter intimidation around the country to the confusion caused by the current legal challenges on voting deadlines and more, together MALDEF and Forward Latino will be here to ensure voters have access to the information they need and that their voting rights are protected.”

The Voter Rights Information Hotline will begin operation on Tuesday, Nov. 3, and be open from 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.
