Dogs rescued from hoarding case in Wisconsin Rapids

The South Wood Humane Society in Wisconsin Rapids has received 74 dogs rescued from a "hoarding situation." The South Wood Humane Society is working with the Elmbrook and Wisconsin Humane Societies to accept and transport some of the dogs.
