WISCONSIN — On Friday, Wisconsin gained an additional 845 cases of coronavirus. A new record for the state.
According to the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), 12,702 people were tested on Friday and DHS received 845 positive results from previous testing.

With these numbers, the trend line tracking Wisconsin cases rises to 6.7%.

Milwaukee County continues to hold the position of the county with the most cases. As of Friday, Milwaukee County has had 13,312 cases of the coronavirus. Behind Milwaukee County is Brown County with 3,144 cases.
Deaths from the virus also continue to rise. As of Friday, 814 people have died within the state.
