WISCONSIN — Sendik's Food Market announced Tuesday that it was now reserving an hour daily for shoppers who are at a higher-risk of developing a severe illness as a result of COVID-19.

Sendik's sent an email to customers asking guests to reserve the 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. shopping hour for those who were at a higher risk of developing severe illnesses as a result of coronavirus. This would affect older adults (60+) and those with comprised immune systems.

The grocery store requests that if you are healthy and not at-risk, avoid shopping during that hour.

The store also offers an online shopping service that allows users to order for curbside pick-up or delivery.
