Mequon community pool to open June 12

MEQUON — The Mequon community pool is planning to open June 12 for Mequon and Thiensville residents only.

The pool will remain open through Aug. 21. However, there are COVID-19 safety precautions in place.

The pool will be open from 12:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 4:30pm - 8pm. All patrons are required to leave during the 30 minute break so staff can clean. Re-entry into the pool will require an additional daily pass fee.

You must be a Mequon or Thiensville resident in order to use the pool, and proof of residency is required upon entry.

The pool will not be providing deck furniture so patrons are urged to bring their own chairs. They also aren't allowing use of their diving board.

The first hour of operations at the Mequon community pool will be reserve for residents over the age of 50.

Pool hours are subject to change based on weather and attendance.
