LAKE GENEVA — The Grand Geneva Resort and Spa is scheduled to reopen June 15, alongside their sister property Timber Ridge Lodge and Waterpark.

The pledge introduces new processes and easy-to-use technology that creates a low-to-no contact guest experience.
“For the past month, we have been reexamining the guest experience, finding ways to make it safer and to ease any guest concerns so when our guests escape to our resort they can relax and immediately get into vacation-mode," said Michael R. Evans, President of Marcus Hotels & Resorts.
Many of the restaurants within these facilities will open as well, with social distancing measures in place. The spa will offer manicures, pedicures, haircuts, and hair treatments. The remaining services will open in a phased approach.
