Bucks fans sound off as NBA considers canceling the rest of the season

MILWAUKEE — Bucks fans are not happy after the NBA announced there's a lot of pessimism surrounding the possibility of the season re-starting.

According to ESPN, things are looking grim for the 2020 NBA season. There had been hope that the NBA would start back up once COVID-19 was under control. However, no one knew when that would be.

One factor that the NBA was looking at was the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA). If they got back on the court, that would be a sign of hope for the NBA.

This past week, however, the CBA announced they were postponing their season for an additional month. The original return date was set for April 15, but the Government did not approve, as COVID-19 is still present in China. Now, the season isn't set to re-start until at least May.

This CBA postponing has the NBA feeling pretty pessimistic, according to ESPN. It seems now that the NBA may cancel the entire season.

Milwaukee Bucks fans are not very happy with this news, as the Bucks were having a really good season and had already clinched a spot in the playoffs. In fact, many Bucks fans thought the team could go all the way and win the championships. Now, that doesn't seem like it's going to happen, and Bucks fans aren't happy.

The NBA has not officially announced that the season has been canceled. However if that happens, we would like to nominate the Milwaukee Bucks as honorary champs.
