VISIT Milwaukee and the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) will be distributing free masks at several gas stations throughout the city on July 27.

VISIT Milwaukee and the MMAC are distributing 50,000 masks at Citgo stations across the city.

The City of Milwaukee's face-coveringordinance went into effect on July 16 and requires everyone 3-years-old and older to wear masks inside public buildings and whenever they are within six-feet of others outside.

"With the City of Milwaukee’s new mask mandate, the MKE Cares ordinance, VISIT Milwaukee, and MMAC want to ensure that Milwaukee residents have access to free masks to keep them and their communities safe," said VISIT Milwaukee and MMAC in a news release.
