There have been 16 cases of coronavirus reported at a Racine County nursing home for veterans.
The Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs said 12 residents, three staff members and one contracted worker at Union Grove Veteran's Home tested positive for COVID-19.

Four of the 12 residents were symptomatic, the department said.
"It is with a heavy heart that I share this news. Our staff [is] working so hard to care for the veterans and others who live with us in a very challenging and stressful situation," said Homes Division Administrator Diane Lynch, in a press release. "For five long months, we have successfully beat the odds and through our diligence and steadfast effort, we have kept this disease out of our Home. Now our mission changes and we will work even harder to prevent its spread."
Residents who test positive will be placed in private rooms and be seen by limited staff, while staff who has tested positive will be asked to quarantine for 14 days.
