30-story tower part of planned 'OneNorth' development in Bayside
Milwaukee-area developer Cobalt Partners has unveiled plans to turn 28 acres near I-43 in Bayside into "OneNorth," a mixed-use area with a 30-story tower with luxury homes as well as offices and what is described as boutique retail around an outdoor plaza. The plan would include a tax incremental district for Bayside. Construction would begin in 2019 with staggered completion of the development between 2020 and 2021.
