The national search for Jayme Closs is getting added attention thanks to a Barron native in the spotlight for another reason: Chris Kroeze is a singer/songwriter who's a contestant on NBC's The Voice.
Support for Kroeze is visible all around town, including one sign created by Jayme Closs and her middle school classmates, prior to her disappearance.
"Everyone is praying and hoping for her safe return. If there is something that this community can do, I guarantee you that you'll see, almost everyone from this town, from the surrounding towns, doing everything they can to help," said Chris Kroeze.
