OCONOMOWOC -- A surprise proposal took place Saturday morning during a Zumba class at the Pabst Farms YMCA in Oconomowoc.
Maddie Ehlers and Andrew Gerbitz met four years ago at the YMCA through Special Olympics and started dating.
But, Zumba class is their favorite class which made it the perfect place for Andrew to propose.
And she said "yes!"
"I was a little nervous, but it's okay," said Gerbitz. "All that matters is she's in my life right now."
The couple says it's hard for them to find the right words to express their love -- but what they did say couldn't be more profound.
"A heart is something that's very strong," said Gerbitz. "That's where your faith is. And my heart is with Maddie because I love her."
"I can't keep my eyes off of him," said Ehlers. "I love him very much."
