Johnny Nudera is the TMJ4 News at 4 producer. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor's degree in journalism in 2019. His hometown is about 30 minutes outside of Chicago, in Plainfield, Illinois.
Johnny comes to Milwaukee after spending two years in the capitol of Illinois, Springfield, where he produced a 9 p.m. newscast. During that time, Johnny produced special projects surrounding the Covid-19 Pandemic. He began covering Covid-19 before it officially made it’s way into the United States.
Johnny’s fascination with producing is that each day comes with a new story for the viewers, bringing a new day of news. His passion for news began when he would watch morning coverage with his mom before going to school.
Johnny hopes to one day become a college professor for broadcast journalism.
