MOUNT PLEASANT — Foxconn plans to offer innovative new amenities in Mount Pleasant soon, according to a new report.
The Taiwanese technology company recently signed an agreement with Texas based Briggo, Inc. that specializes in designing autonomous coffee shops.
Briggo currently has several locations open around the country, according to their website.
Executives describe the place as a shop that “empowers people to create their perfect cups of coffee,” allowing customers to create fully customization gourmet express drinks on demand, according to the company website.
Barista robots respond to orders that can be placed within a mobile app, made with fresh dairy and gourmet syrups. The robotic coffee shop can even text you when your order is ready.
