Natural phenomenon, rime ice, turns Lapham Peak into stunning winter wonderland [PHOTOS]
Rime ice has coated the trees and leafs at Lapham Peak. It is a naturally-occurring phenomenon that happens when tater, normally in the form of fog, freezes upon contact with a surface and forms beautiful ice crystals.
