MADISON — The Madison Mallards have announced they will take the field as the Wisconsin Cheese Curds for three games in July.

Along with a jersey change, the Wisconsin Cheese Curds will have food specials, special merchandise and more at the Duck Pond.
The Madison Mallards are part of the Northwoods League, which is devoted to the development of elite college baseball players. The league started in 1994, with Madison gaining a team in 2001. The Duck Pond is home to the Madison Mallards and attracts more than 6,000 fans per game, according to the Mallard's Twitter page.
