MILWAUKEE -- The TODAY'S TMJ4 Community Baby Shower is Friday. There are 10 local agencies that receive donated items, including New Horizon Daycare in Milwaukee.

Monica Nash is a busy mom who works long hours with the Milwaukee Police Department. Her four children go to New Horizon Monday through Friday.

"It's like dropping them off at grandma's house," Nash said. "It gives me a sense of calmness."

A sense of calmness because she knows the daycare has all of the baby necessities her children need.

Nash said it makes her happy knowing people care and want to help, "I wish I knew who they were so I could personally thank them."

New baby items such as diapers, wipes, formula, clothes, and toys can be dropped off at any area Sentry Foods store this Friday.

Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Birth Centers are sponsors of the TODAY'S TMJ4 Community Baby Shower.

All items collected will go to these local agencies.
