RACINE — The Kenosha County Sheriff's Department has released a surveillance photo in a homicide that killed an off-duty officer.
Officer John Hetland was at Teezers Tavern in Racine Monday night when he intervened during an armed robbery. Hetland was shot and later died.
The still photo below (above) is a capture from surveillance video of the suspect.
