A busy Oak Creek road torn up for months because of construction delays is finally reopening to two way traffic.

13th Street between Rawson and Drexel reports Saturday. Work was supposed to wrap up in November.

The Department of Transportation says the state contractor in charge, Cornerstone Pavers, failed to deliver on its timeline.

The company was also being fined for delays on a project in West Allis.
