GREEN BAY -- Free agent running back Eddie Lacy will leave the Green Bay Packers for the Seattle Seahawks, according to multiple reports.

ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter was one of the first to break the news Tuesday:

The deal is worth $5.55 million over one year, according to Schefter ($3 million guaranteed). Lacy was a free agent this offseason after missing 11 games in the 2016 season due to injury.

After rushing for over 1,100 yards each of his first two seasons in Green Bay, Lacy failed to top 800 yards over the past two years, including just 360 yards in his injured-shortened 2016.

Seattle finished 25th in the NFL last season in total rushing yards.
