After speculation over whether Green Bay Packers linebackers Clay Matthews and Julius Peppers would meet with the NFL or risk suspension by not agreeing to talk with them over allegations of PED use, a report says the players will agree to the meetings.
ESPN's Chris Mortensen says the players will meet at an undisclosed time with the league.
The PED allegations come from an Al-Jazeera America report in December which accused them and free agent linebacker Mike Neal of taking part in use and/or distribution of performance-enhancing substances.
The league threatened suspensions if the players would not agree to the meeting.
