GREEN BAY, Wis -- In real estate, they say location is everything. There's a new listing in the Green Bay market that might just prove that point.
The owners of a house on Shadow Lane, right next to Lambeau Field, listed their two-bedroom, two-bath house for nearly $1 million. That's more than twice the assessed market value.
"At $999,900.00, that’s its own market," said realtor Mark Olejniczak. "It's nothing like what we have in the rest of the state."
The house is on a street lined with Packers 'party' houses, and is just around the corner from the new Titletown District.
Olejniczak said if the house does sell for the asking price it will dramatically affect the value of the surrounding properties.
