An overnight report from ESPN claims the Milwaukee Bucks are one of at least three NBA teams that will no longer stay at Donald Trump-owned hotels.
Sources told ESPN.com that the Bucks, Memphis Grizzlies, and Dallas Mavericks have all made the switch, "in part to avoid any implied association" with Trump, according to reporters Marc Stein and Zach Lowe.
The Bucks declined to comment to TODAY'S TMJ4 on their travel policies for this story.
ESPN reports that the Bucks stayed at a Trump-branded hotel in Chicago during a preseason game against the Bulls, but have made other plans for future Chicago games.
Team Co-Owner Marc Lasry, along with Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, were both supporters of Hillary Clinton's campaign. Lasry's son Alex served as a Clinton delegate at this year's Democratic National Convention.
