The Milwaukee Brewers have the third-worst over/under win total in baseball, according to the Westgate Las Vegas Superbook.
The Brewers’ over/under win total is just 69.5 games. Only the Chicago White Sox (68.5 wins) and the San Diego Padres (67.5 wins) have lower over/under totals (from bangthebook.com).
The Westgate Las Vegas Super Book also slotted the Brewer’s over/under win total at 69.5 games last year. Milwaukee managed to top that, finishing 73-69 in Craig Counsell’s first full season as manager.
The Brewers have traded away several key contributors since Opening Day in 2016, including catcher Jonathan Lucroy and reliever Jeremy Jeffress at last year’s trade deadline, as well as reliever Tyler Thornburg this past offseason.
The defending champion Chicago Cubs have the highest over/under, sitting at 95.5 wins. The Cubs won 103 games in 2016, the most wins by a team since the New York Yankees also won 103 in 2009.
