Minor league baseball is known for its gimmicks, but Brewers minor leaguer Weston Wilson pulled the best trick we've seen in a while: a first pitch proposal.

After Wilson's girlfriend Madison tossed a strike for the ceremonial first pitch, the Carolina Mudcats third baseman met her halfway between the mound and the plate, and got down on one knee to pop the question.
The Brewers drafted Wilson in the 17th round last year out of Clemson. Wilson, 22, is a career .299/.378/.446 hitter through 82 minor league games.
The Mudcats are the Brewers' Single-A Advanced affiliate.
