MILWAUKEE -- The family of 23-year-old Tamecca Perry was supposed to celebrate the birth of her baby this week.  Instead, they're grieving both lives.

Tamecca and her unborn child were shot and killed inside their duplex at 30th and Auer.  Police say 24-year-old Shanika Minor pulled the trigger.  Minor has been charged with First Degree Intentional Homicide and First Degree Intentional Homicide Unborn Child, but police are still looking for the suspect.

According to a criminal complaint, the suspect's mom lived upstairs from Tamecca.  The mom told police her daughter and Tamecca had fought over loud music last week.  On Sunday, her daughter showed up to her house with a gun.

The complaint shows the two women were fighting in a hallway between the apartments.  Tamecca's boyfriend stopped her daughters from running towards their mom as the fight got worse.  The suspects mother tried to break it up, but the suspect fired a gun over her mother's shoulder.

The complaint shows the argument continued in into the kitchen where gunshots were heard.  Tamecca ran to the dining room and fell to the ground.  She wasn't breathing when police arrived.  The suspect left in a car and is still on the run.  If you have any information, call Milwaukee Police at 414-935-7360.
