GREENDALE -- An early morning truck fire in the Village of Greendale leaves one person dead.
The fire broke out around 4 a.m. Sunday in the 5600 block of Parking Street.
According to Greenfield Police, the fire was extinguished and a deceased body was located inside the vehicle.
The Wisconsin Department of Justice and the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner have been called to the scene to investigate. The investigation has blocked off some access to nearby businesses. They have not been able to open for the day because of this.
