Waukesha Police arrested a suspected sexual predator who they believe has more victims.
Police raided 57-year-old Patrick Dunn's apartment Wednesday and found 2,000 files of child pornography on his computer along with guns, drugs and young girls' clothing.
Jackie Tyler lives across the street from Dunn and said her 11-year-old daughter spent a lot of time with him.
"He was fun, it was like he was a grandpa to her," Tyler said.
She now knows her daughter was in danger.
"He was grooming them, buying them things, building the trust with the girls," Tyler said.
A former victim of Dunn's came forward last week when she learned Dunn might have been manipulating an 11 and 12-year-old like he had to her years ago. Police believe Dunn might have lured girls in by posing as a professional photographer. Police believe he would befriend his victims, do drugs together and perform sexual acts.
"Introducing sexual explicit material, introducing controlled substances, most specifically marijuana," said Capt. Dan Baumann with the Waukesha Police.
Police said Dunn instilled fear in his victims.
"Not only groomed her to act out in a sexual manner for him, but also to state to her that if she were to tell anybody she would be in fear of weapons violence or some physical violence," Baumann said.
Dunn's 23-year-old wife says she ran away from her husband in February because he was emotionally abusing her.
"He's really dangerous because he doesn't care about other people," said Ariel Dunn.
This mother is thankful Dunn is off the streets.
"I'm sick. The biggest thing is what could have happened to my girl," Tyler.
Police encourage victim's to come forward.
"We will protect you...we will ensure that resources are made available for you," Baumann said.
