One of the fastest growing businesses in Watertown, Wisconsin was just launched by a teenager with Down syndrome. Grace Jagler's dining room floor also serves as the factory floor while she boxes, labels, and prepares to ship her "Gracie's Doggie Delights."

The business was born out of Grace's love for her three rescue pups. "She loves her dogs," said Grace's father, John Jagler. If the name is familiar, John is a State Representative, and former host on 620 WTMJ.

Almost daily, Dad and Grace visit Glenn's Market in Watertown to pick up freeze dried meats. Grace packages them in several varieties, calling them "Doggie Delights." John steps in to help with shipping and other complex aspects of running the business, but Grace does much of the other work herself.

Launched just four months ago, the company is thriving. Grace has buyers in 48 states, and has does done more than $40,000 in sales. Her family is hopeful the business can expand affording her the continued pride of work, and the possibility for a more secure future.
