The Corners of Brookfield announced three new tenants: Free People, Paper Source, and Francesca’s to its new shopping development on the corner of I-94 and Barker Road in the Town of Brookfield.
This will be the first Free People store, second Paper Source store, and fourth Francesca’s boutique to open in the Greater Milwaukee region.
Jay Eck from Bradford Real Estate, the development manager for the Corners, says these new brands further add to the image the shopping development is looking for.
“The excitement for this new destination is growing as the center takes shape before our eyes and unique and desired retailers continue to commit,” Eck said. “We’re thrilled to be attracting these sought after brands to The Corners.”
Free People’s store features its own line of young women’s apparel. Paper Source store specializes in selling unique selection of paper products, gifts and workshops for customers. Francesca’s boutiques is known for its ‘bold’ accessories, gifts and specialized clothing.
These three stores will be joining Von Maur Department Store, Sendik’s, Café Hollander, Evereve, Anthropologie, and lululemon athletica.
The entire shopping development is expected to open in Spring 2017.
