MILWAUKEE -- Police say they have arrested three people in connection to the death of Michael Schafrick who was shot and killed Tuesday at 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue.

Two of the suspects are 14-years-old, male teenagers, and one is a 33-year-old woman.

The incident happened at about 4:30 p.m.

Arrest records show the woman was arrested Tuesday evening.

Police say earlier in the day there had been an altercation between the victim's relatives and the alleged shooter.

Witnesses did not want to go on camera but tell TODAY'S TMJ4 a woman standing over the victim's body said the victim pulled a gun.

Police would not confirm the weapon belong to Schafrik.

One woman, who did not allow us to show her face on camera, said several people saw the suspects kicking and hitting the victim while he was already down.

TODAY'S TMJ4 checked with Children's Court and the 14 year olds have not been charged for murder.

There were 145 total homicides across the city in 2015.
