MILWAUKEE -- Police are looking for two suspects who they say attacked multiple victims and stole their car near Milwaukee's Third Ward late Thursday night.

It happened just before 11:00 p.m. near N. Plankinton Ave. and E. St. Paul Ave. Police say the suspects battered the victims and displayed a gun, then took the victims' vehicle.

The victims suffered non-life threatening injuries and received medical attention.

Police believe the incident may be linked to another armed robbery that happened at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of N. 5th St. In that case, the suspects tried to rob somebody at gunpoint but ran off when they didn't get anything.

Police continue to investigate the robberies and search for the suspects.
