A Waukesha County judge sent the jury In Anissa Weier's trial back to continue deliberations after they returned with a questionable verdict Friday night.

There was an issue with two jurors who said no to the question about if the defendant had a mental defect, which they had to answer before they could determine a verdict. The defense argued it made the verdict invalid.

Weier pled guilty for her role in stabbing a classmate to please the fictional character Slender Man, along with Morgan Geyser.
