There was an issue with two jurors who said no to the question about if the defendant had a mental defect, which they had to answer before they could determine a verdict. The defense argued it made the verdict invalid.
Jurors had to answer yes to first question to get to the second. So they must have answered yes to - Did Anissa Weier have a mental defect?

Basically the 2 jurors who said no to Q1 would be disqualified for Q2.
Therefore, all ten remaining jurors would need to agree on Q2.— Shaun Gallagher (@ShaunGalNews) September 16, 2017
Weier pled guilty for her role in stabbing a classmate to please the fictional character Slender Man, along with Morgan Geyser.
