Racine County police charged a woman for hitting her husband with a car early Sunday morning.
Terria Rudzinski, was taken to Racine County Jail after police responded to a call of a man bleeding from his head.
According to the Racine County Sheriff’s Office, the person who called the police said they heard arguing, followed by a loud bang they thought could be someone being struck by a car. They also saw a car drive away from the scene.
The report states Rudzinski returned to the scene and investigators alleged she hit her husband with the car after he got out on the side of the road during an argument.
Rudzinski was charged with an OWI causing injury, injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, and felony hit and run.
The husband was taken by Flight for Life to Froedtert Hospital, and his medical condition is unknown.
